WITH OVER 100 COMBINED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE, George Crowe, Adam Vance, BJ Phillips, and Adam Ruffin know exactly what it takes to coordinate and manage a successful event. Their knowledge of the industry is vast—whether it’s a small ribbon-cutting ceremony for a new local business or grand gala for VIPs and dignitaries, you can rest assured that this team has it covered.

“We’re a solid group of locals that have been in the event world for a long time,” said Adam Vance. “These are people that you can easily trust your event with, and more importantly, your name with.”

Carolina Expo—the name of the venture under the umbrella of Crisp Event Rentals—combines the talents that they have finely honed over the years. George Crowe owned and operated the family business, Displays Unlimited, as he learned the trade show business over the course of 50 years. Adam Ruffin handled the rental side of the event world as the owner of Palmetto Party Rental, where Adam Vance worked as a General Manager. Vance later acquired Sound & Images, a commercial audio/visual rental and installation company. BJ Phillips, who was a longtime client of both Adam Ruffin and Adam Vance before becoming the General Manager at Crisp Event Rentals, knows the rental industry inside and out.

“When it comes to event rentals within our group, we have pretty much everything you could possibly need,” said Adam Vance. “Audio and visual rentals, event rentals, trade show equipment like pipe and drape… you name it, we can handle it for you.”

“We are thankful to have the opportunity to work with a wide array of caterers, planners, venues, companies, and individuals,” said Vance. “We’re very excited to have combined our talents together, and we know that our clients see the benefit of having one contact for all of their rental needs.”
