It wasn’t in our schedule and it wasn’t in our forecast. They are just ideas that have popped up and we have embraced each opportunity as it comes along.”

“I think it’s important for people to remember that this is something we want you to consider at home with your meals, and with your children’s meals, and your children’s schools,” she explains. “How can we eat more plant based, and less animal-based, in every segment of our lives? Because it’s good for our health, and it’s good for the environment.”
